Error when starting Webex

Hello all,

we happen to have a weird error with just one user in our organization.

When she starts webex on her PC, the message "Unable to start Webex, failed to initialise CiscoSSL" pops up. After confirming this message a few times, Webex starts normally.

I've searched the forums and the internet but couldn't find any instances, where this happened. Anyone have an idea?
