Flickering at top of screen while sharing.

Hello. Having an issue where a co-worker goes to share their screen in a meeting and there is a Black Bar that flickers/flashes constantly at the top of their screen. Any ideas on what could be causing this? 

Version of WebEx app is 41.7.0.19440. This is a constant flicker the entire time they are sharing.
