HDMI, Jabra Speak 510 and Jabra 710 - sound & synchronisation issues with Webex Meetings

1. Colleagues who plug in a 2nd screen (HDMI) often have no sound. They check the options, the correct speakers are chosen. Only when they press "test" do the speakers start working. 

2. I am using the Jabra Speak 510 and have noticed the mute button synchronises sometimes. And doesn't synchronize at other times.

3. About half of the meetings I log into with my Jabra Speak 510 it produces a tone / beep (the same sound phones had (have?) when the other side of the line hangs up).
4. Colleague noticed a decline in audio quality & microphone/input quality* 1st half of March. She is using a Jabra Speak 710. *She started receiving feedback that her sound was worse.
