Help with Webex message group settings

I want to start a Webex Messaging group and include a bunch of people that don't like to receive a lot of messages. Essentially, I want the people in this group to be able to message me (and a few other team members), but not be plagued by notifications every time someone messages the group. Its not a discussion group, or an information dissemination group -its purpose is for in-the-moment access to a support team. The end-users are doctors in a busy office who are burnt out by lots of notifications. Any suggestions?

@brookm, Webex Spaces let the members of spaces choose when and if they get notified of new messages. Here's a link to how to manage notifications:

Here's a screenshot from a Windows computer of the notification options they have.  Note that each member of the space will have to manage this themself.
