Hey Webex Community, I am interested if anyone has experienced this issue as it is a new one for me. We have a practice assistant who has been provided with scheduling permissions by her lawyer. She has been scheduling meetings on his behalf fine and he has been able to host those meetings without any issues. However, recently although she is clearly scheduling meetings on his behalf in his calendar, which I have verified by watching her schedule the meeting, the lawyer can only join that scheduled meeting as an attendee. He has to sit in the lobby and she has had to login to start the meeting and then assign him host access. Now the workaround has been for her to schedule the meetings in her calendar for now and set him as a co-host but this is not ideal. She can schedule meetings on behalf of all her other lawyers fine and they do not have any issue starting the meeting as a host. Thoughts? Thanks!
