how do i process my personal subscribtion?

I have two Webex accounts

one is for my personal use(free), and the other is for my business(paid, company credit card).

and I want to upgrade my personal account's Webex subscription paid by my own credit card.

but when I try to process the billing, the site links to my business account login, which is already paid with my company credit card

I want my personal subscription paid with my own credit card.

how do I process?

If the Webex-Webpage automatically logs you in using your business-account: perhaps you did store the logon-credentials?
either in the password-storage of the Webbrowser or in a similar feature of your computer´s operating system.
("Credential manager" on Windows and "keychain" on MacOS).

You may try to select "log out" from the page (top-right corner, I guess) and manually log in again - this time using the credentials of your private webex-account.
