Hello everyone,
I can't find my information on Cisco.com or Webex Help, maybe one of you can answer my question. During upgrade the Webex Client for Windows a new folder will be created for the new version. Are all folders saved or are folders also uninstalled after a certain number of upgrades and can i find this in Cisco Documentation? After all, the size is about 600 MB.

I just checked on my machine. In the %LOCALAPPDATA%\CiscoSparkLauncher folder, I do have three versions of the app. As being an active beta user, I bet I had more versions meanwhile, so the answer might be 3..
or which folder are you referring to?
