How to automatically approve attendee in the Webex meeting?

I encounter the problem that I have to click and approve everyone who want to join during the meeting and it's so distracting.

Please give me the instruction to avoid this situation ASAP, thank you in advance.

Your question is a bit unclear, but I think you are probably talking about attendees having to be let into the meeting from the lobby. If this is correct, you can change the setting in your Advanced scheduling options to allow guests directly into the meeting. If this is not what you meant, could you provide more details about how the meeting is scheduled and what you mean?

Thanks for your reply! And it is my Chinese Webex screen print as below. As the arrow icon indicated, i don't want the function of 

notification and approvement when they join the meeting, i want them join directly without my authorization. Where can I change the setting? Could you share some simple instruction in picture? Thank you!

Please unlock your meeting as mentioned in the following Webex help - https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/zcvgyc/Webex-App-%7C-Lock-or-Unlock-Your-Meeting 

If you unlock your meeting, anyone who has the meeting link can join it. When you lock a meeting, you can see who's waiting to join and let individual people in, or let everyone in at once.

But if that doesn't work, then possibly your Webex Control Hub administrator might have configured  "When meeting is unlocked, Guests wait in the lobby until the host admits them", it may need to change to When a meeting is unlocked, Guests can join directly. but its a global setting and will affect all users. Please contact your webex administrator further.
