I feel certain this has been address by someone at some point. We are looking for a better way to handle recurring meetings scheduled by administrative assistants (where there could be high-turn over. I've looked into using shared mailboxes but I'm not sure how to handle the Webex side given that any meetings scheduled by that user would become invalid once the user's account was terminated.
Could I use shared mailboxes in exchange and simply ensure that the same users who share the mail box are also marked as co-hosts for the Webex? Would that preserve the meeting?

Yes, using shared mailboxes in Exchange can work for handling recurring meetings scheduled by administrative assistants. By ensuring that the same users who have access to the shared mailbox are also marked as co-hosts for Webex meetings, you can preserve the meeting even if the original organizer's account is terminated. This allows the co-hosts to manage and maintain the meeting details, including rescheduling or canceling if necessary, without the need for the original user's account to remain active.
