How to remove the last person in a WebEx Team Space Meeting

I have a WebEx Team Space and held a meeting in there this morning. I have left the meeting but there is still one person in there. I have tried messaging them to leave but they are still there 2 hours after the meeting ended. 
How can I remove them as I would like my video recordings.

If this is a meeting within a space then if you remove the participant you
will be removing it also from the space.

is it possible for you to join this meeting again and kick that one person out?
