With one install of Webex I'm able to download the videofiles, another install blocks that feature. Howto enable downloads or where to switch between these two modes?

This requires the site IT admin to configure.

Thanks for posting your question here in the Webex Community. What do you mean by "another install? Do you mean that your organization has two separate Webex sites? Or do you mean the Webex Meetings app vs. the Webex App?
Have you logged into your Webex site before? There you should be able to download all of your recordings.

Interesting. Are you the IT Admin for either of the Webex sites? Your IT Admin has the power to enable or disables Locally saved meeting Recordings. Maybe your IT Admin has it enabled on one of the sites you mentioned, and maybe the recordings are downloading directly to your computer rather than on your Webex site?
