https://ciscowebex-prod.my.site.com/ is broken (read for details)

I would apologize for the vitriol but I think an apology should be meant and I don't want to lie.

https://ciscowebex-prod.my.site.com/ takes you to a site where you can open a support ticket, get more information about the Webex Beta Program, but apparently, not log in and also, not get anybody to answer your tickets for nearly HALF. A. MONTH.

Included four screenshots.

01 and 02 illustrate the fact you can't log into the website to tie any posts on cases you've submitted to yourself.

03 and 04 illustrate the fact that an issue I am facing that is preventing me from working on a project for my department has sat for 14 days with absolutely no movement.

I even opened a second support ticket illustrating that the first support ticket wasn't being touched because at first I thought it was opening that ticket with a different group.  Imagine my enthusiasm when I realized it was the same group.

Also.

RSCC doesn't have anything to do with go.webex.com but there is no way to get in touch with support for go.webex.com except by filling out a ticket.  Really?  Can't email.  Can't call.  Just one form.

I'm not even sure THIS POST will get any traction.

I'm filled with zero confidence, people.  None at all.  We aren't Comcast.  Do better.

Thank you @RedNectar !  I appreciate the advice and also you both have helped talked me down a bit.

I have definitely been chasing internally.  Also, realizing this wasn't a Cisco-Employee-only thing kind of...yeah.  Don't tell anybody

@dtibbe I just realized something.  What if this is a zombie site?  I just realized that the emails I've been getting ALSO are earmarked 2021.

What if go.webex.com is a site that still works for people who were a part of it when it was meant to exist, it still essentially functions, but there's no brain for it.  RCSS doesn't support it because it's not really supposed to still be around?

Because help.webex.com Support People couldn't even answer if they support Webex Go or if go.webex.com was different.

Also, the link to the Terms of Service on the email saying my ticket was opened goes to a 404 error.

RCSS gave me this link:  https://ctgtrials.force.com/s/new-case?language=en_US
Which redirected me to a form on the site that I put in the original post, so it's about as legit as you can get.

Also when I logged in, it did the whole Duo Push thing and that all checked out too.

The problem is that https://help.webex.com/contact has already told me they literally don't deal with go.webex.com, hence my immense frustration.

How can you be Webex Support and not support Webex?

Anyway, I appreciate your comment.  I don't know what else to do so for now, I wait.

Hi @alindbur ,

I have no idea who RCSS is - are they your Cisco reseller? If so, you should be directing your enquiry to them I guess.

The site you referenced is a salesforce.com site, and seems to have some connection to Webex - when I clicked on the Login to view cases link, it did take me to a webex.com  site to login, but ended up with this message.

So @alindbur - as a Cisco employee, I suggest you start chasing internally - send an internal email to the Webex team and see if you can find out who is responsible for the sales force site you mentioned above, and see if you can get some traction that way - seems it would be a good idea to have the site take down.

BTW - you said you included 4 screenshots - but none appeared in your post. Here's my tip

When posting on the forum, add your pictures inline - i.e. PASTE your picture right where you want it.  If it is a screenshot, you'll probably then want to click on the image and make the image large - like this.

RedNectar_1-1685651021448.png

This means you pictures are actually SEEN (a) in the email that gets sent to subscribers and (b) anyone who looks at this post in the future. Adding pictures as attachments... puts your submission into the TL;DR category.

Forum Tips: 1. Paste images inline - don't attach. 2. Always mark helpful and correct answers, it helps others find what they need.

Are you sure it's a real Cisco site? Footer is not updated since two years, why using a site.com domain, etc..

In this forum, there are mostly engaged Webex users helping others in their free time. This is not an official channel for commercial support. There may be some TAC guys reading in here, but official support will be done via SCM for instance and they will respond quickly according to your SLA.

You can find all contact and support details at the official Webex site: https://help.webex.com/contact
