I cannot share my screen if join other's meeting room, but I can share if I others join my room

This could be a permissions issue from the host of the meeting rooms you are joining.  Please double check that they have given you permissions to share in that meeting and if you are joining a meeting outside your organization that you have permissions to share content outside of your organization.
