I want to create a team space and add a mailer alias to it, not type out every individual cisco email address

Unfortunately, there's no way to add users from a distribution or sercurity group. You have the following options:

• Enter each user manually
• In Outlook, expand a distribution group in the "To" field to see individual members. Copy and paste the list into the "add people" field in the Webex space. Webex understands the formatting and will translate it to users. This option only works for up to 30 addresses at a time.
• Create a CSV file of all the user email addresses and use the PowerPack integration to add users in bulk to a team or space.

None of the above options are ideal, and hopefully Cisco considers adding support for distribution or security groups soon.

Thanks very much for your helpful response.
I spent some time on the Support site and pinging colleagues this morning, and figure out how to add a list using the PeopleAdder bot.
But it was still laborious and I found it hard to extract people’s names with their @cisco.com appendage..I got something wrong there.

So – please, I agree – the sooner we can add a mail alias or similar to Webex, to do a mass upload into a Team or Space, the better.
I would have thought this was a fairly common request.
