Upon registering my spark board, it states that there is an issue connecting to the webex server, a firewall may be causing this. I have looking within the firewall settings and I did not see anything causing this not to work. Any insighters?

You don’t need an active contract to register a Webex Board. The error usually means your firewall is blocking access to required Webex cloud services. The board must be able to reach Webex servers over the internet, especially on ports 443 (HTTPS) and 123 (NTP).
Check that your firewall or proxy allows access to Webex domains listed in Cisco's network requirements documentation. Make sure DNS resolution works, and that SSL inspection is not interfering with the traffic. To confirm it’s a network issue, try connecting the board through a mobile hotspot and see if it registers.
