Issues with participant on voice and camera

A participant is trying able to log in to our webex room. but he cannot get his camera working or hear me.  I am unmuted.  I can hear him.  So I feel the issue is at his end!  Any suggestions please that I can suggest to him

Some more details may be useful:
- is this participant using the application/app or the Web-Version?
- what is the Video-Status: can you see each other?
- the fact that you can hear him just proves that his microphone is working and your speakers are also working.
We can not conclude the status of your microphone and his speakers from that.
