I noticed if a space is internal only(for ie abc.com domain) and I manually add an external user (for ie. gmail.com) when that gmail user clicks on the http://eurl.io/#xyz123 , they get a not permitted to webex space message. If they manually log into the webex app or via the web page they are able to come into the room without any issue. Is this the expected behavior? I do not want all users from a domain (for ie. gmail.com)to join the room so that is why I did a manual. However, I want to link to launch manually added users to the correct space. Internal users have no issues.
