We are having this same issue. Three different Android devices with the same problem. We did try the signing out as mentioned by @Wade H. and did not have any success.

It seems to be an issue with the newer versions of Webex. We tested on an older version and were able to sign in successfully.

We had a user with a similar issue. We resolved it by revoking the users’ sessions from Control Hub. Under Users, search for the person and open their property card. Under the Security section there is a button to revoke access which will log the user out from all devices and clear any authentication cache.

Your Webex administrator will need to do this.

I guess, providing more information may help the community to help you:
- Android or iOS?
- Webex or Webex-Meetings?
- Version of the App?
- what did you already try to resolve the issue?

Hi Fritz,

I save the same issue.

I can insert my email adress in the first login screen of webex, when refered to the second login screen of microsoft i can enter my email adress, the third login screen is refering me to what should be the login screen of my organization but the screen is completly black.

-Android

-Webex Teams

-Latest Version from the App Store

-I re-installed the app and tried to change my phone theme from dark to light mode.

If i click on the black screen my keyboard opens, but i cannot see where i am typing into or if there is a login button.

Is there any fix?

??
Why is there a microsoft login-Screen?
This seems to be related to your employer/organisation since "pure" Webex does not require any interaction with Microsoft.
Perhaps this is some proxy-Server or Gateway etc. which requires a password?
Or a DLP-Solution ? (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_loss_prevention_software)
