Make Distracting/Unproductive Features Customizable

Regardless of whether a participant is the host or not, make it possible to turn off chat pop ups and joining beeps. The chat pop-ups obstruct the view of content that's being shared and are very distracting and annoying. Too often I've participated in meetings with hosts who don't have a lot of proficiency with your platform, so we have to suffer through hundreds of beeps because the host doesn't know how to alter the settings. Make these distracting/annoying features customizable to the participants.

While I know a host can disable the join the sound, as a participant I want a preference that globally lets me set that I will not hear/receive the join sound on any meetings joined by phone, desktop, or mobile app.   While I typically prefer to be early to meetings, the WebEx join beep is training me to be late; the beep is 1) distracting and 2) it is painful to my ears (even worse when on a headset). Just let the host suffer their skilllessness.
