Meeting won't start unless I join (host/meeting owner)

I have checked every setting, no luck. Meetings won't start unless I join and start the meeting. My meetings have up to 120 people on them, and I don't need to be there, I just own the invite.. It says everyone is waiting in lobby but I didnt set it up that way. Its really frustrating especially when I'm out of town and want the business to keep moving.

you can set up join before host option when scheduling meeting:

• Join before host—Allow panelists and attendees to join your meeting and panelists to connect their audio before the meeting starts. then host not need to join this meeting

change the meeting settings (on the scheduled meeting) to have the first person to join the meeting becomes the host.  You can do this in the Webex Scheduler if you are using Outlook.

Be aware that cohosts require a meeting host license as well
