Hey, after the new update the messaging tab disappeared so I can only see calling, contact, and keypad tabs. and I am not able to send or receive any messages, although I am using my university email address to log in.
it could be the case that the Webex admin in your university removed the messaging license in Control Hub for your account. For this reason, it would make sense to reach out to the Webex admin or support team.
You will need the "Basic Messaging" license at minimum to be able to chat.
