Microphone issues

Microphone stops when connect with more than 4 users but when having one to one meetings it works fine. If it is multi users meeting i am having this issue. Could anyone please help on this?

This shouldn’t be the case, I haven’t had this issue before.

Are you using your laptop microphone or a headset? When you are in the Meetings window, you can make sure you have the right microphone device selected and test if it is working.

Also want to make sure your network connectivity is good.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried both laptop microphone and headset. It is not working when having more than 3 participants. 

 

My network connectivity is bit slow with 2 to 4 mbps only, but will it cause such issue??
