Missing " People outside your company are included in this space"

In our BU we have some testengineers working at our CM's that are given @cisco.com mail addresses. They need this Cisco address for accessing several tools.
The problem is if they use this address into webex spaces. Then we miss the warning " People outside your company are included in this space" and risk that people share information meant for Cisco-employees only.

In Outlook they are identified whit  a "-X" : Johnny Sun -X (johsun - HON HAI PRECISION INDUSTRY CO LTD at Cisco) <johsun@cisco.com>

Is it possible to pull the information "-X" from outlook into webex to be able to identify external users ?

The Warning currently only shows in "Peolpe"- tab, is is possible to also show it in the "Messages"-Tab

Integrating the identification tag "-X" from Outlook into Webex to distinguish external users and displaying the warning about external participants in both the "People" and "Messages" tabs would enhance security and prevent unintentional sharing of sensitive information. Consider exploring options for syncing Outlook tags with Webex profiles and extending the warning feature to the "Messages" tab for comprehensive visibility and user awareness. This integration could further strengthen the identification of external users within Webex Spaces, ensuring a secure and controlled communication environment for Cisco-employees.
