In the previous version Webex, the NDI setting can be found under Meeting Settings -> NDI management. However, ever since our site is upgraded to the new "video mesh" platform (as per https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/m61d8eb/Webex-App-%7C-About-the-Webex-Suite-meeting-platform#reference-template_63503d9e-9de7-4b9b-b672-5ccfd523abd1), the Webex app no longer have the menu bar, and with that the NDI option went missing as well.
Is that a bug in the new platform and if so that can be fixed asap?

Could the problem be solved, I have the same. And I need the NDI tool!!!

I have the same problem, but cannot solve the problem. Any one can solve it???

Hey hurrah,
yes, it could be solved. I contacted support and they did a "rollback" of my Webex page. This is what the technicians said. This has worked for me.

I got the reply from Cisco support that NDI is not supported under the "Webex Suite" platform*. So if you want NDI at this moment you'll need to "roll back" to the old platform. But I'm not sure how long the old platform will last as they should be migrating most people to "Webex Suite".
