No Appearance option into Settings Webex App

Hello all,

I have to just to note "Appearance" doesn't appear into personnal Settings between "Notification" and " Accessibility".

Looking up Control Hub there is no option to push that.

Without this option users can't change color in background.

By any chance are you using branding on your organization as on the below article?

If you are then this must be the reason, if branding is used on the organization then the appearance tab will be missing.

It solved.

Branding was configured and dark mode was deactivated.
