No Audio via Samsung Tab S7+

I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ (Andoid 10) connected to the internet via WLAN-6.

I can log in a Meeting and transmit my Video, but not my Audio (I can not hear or say anything).

It is not a matter of mute or unmute.

I can use Zoom and other apps without any problem, so it is not a matter of settings of the tablett.

Whats do I do wrong?

Did you check if the App is allowed to acces/use the micophone etc.?
(needs to be done for every app individually...)
