Hello out there,
we have a quite annoying Problem with webex client on Windows 10.
If the user tries to join or start a meeting, the client states it could not connect to the camera. If I open configurations I can select the camera (Lenovo Laptop integrated cam) and I can see a preview video. As soon as i try to start a meeting I get no connection to the cam. Right now i am out of options:
Is there anyone having a clue?
Kind regards

@TLinstaedt @DVLwebex thanks for reaching. I am from Webex engineer team. I searched internally and exchanged with the video team, we do not aware there is an open issue/case regarding this issue. The best way for us to troubleshoot is the log file. Would you please help to reproduce the issue, then, click Help > Send Problem Report. It will send a tracking code to your email address, please share the tracking code here, or you save the client log file and post it here. We will investigate and get back.
Regards,
-Fine

Hello,
thank you for your message! In the meantime, we have found the error. Our antivirus detected some (and not all) WebEx services as malicious software and blocked access to the microphone and camera from them.
Since not all processes were blocked, it was very difficult to find the connection...
Maybe this hint will help others who are affected.
Many greetings

I have the same problem.
MS Teams and all other programmes work perfectly.
WebEx also no longer works with an external camera....
