Notification setting for Favorites Only

Hello,

Is it possible or will there be a setting to have an option to turn ON notifications only for favorite marked persons or teams?
Now I mute all my notifications, because it to noisy and interruptive.  Managing it on a person or team base it a bit too much admin hassle. Hence having it for all favorites would be a great option.
