O365 profile pictures not syncing to Webex account

I hope that someone may be able to help with this issue that I'm having.  We have the Webex app set up to sync information from our Azure AD and it should import our users O365 profile image to their account.  However, what we're seeing is that only some of the information is coming in from AD and the profile pictures are not importing at all.

Some of the information that is importing from AD are things like title, work extension, mobile number, but we're not seeing department, supervisor or office location.

From what I can tell, none of the O365 profile pictures that have been set up are importing, no matter which type of license the user has.

Any thoughts about these discrepancies that could point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

You're using the Webex Control Hub Entra ID/Azure AD wizard, correct? If yes, is the Sync user avatars checkbox ticked under More? (See step 10 in the linked article.)
