Outlook Integration Checkbox Greyed Out

We migrated from our Mitel setup to webex calling, through our lumen account.  However no one from lumen has been able to figure out why the option is greyed out on our windows installs?  It says "Contact your administrator to enable this option".  I have looked through all the options on my admin.webex.com portal and I can't for the life of me find the option to ENABLE this feature.

I have tried versions from 41.x all the way through 42.x

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Doesn't sadly, I found that thread and tried it, I have installed a few different versions hoping for that folder to appear but it's not there
