People statuses not shown after recent upgrade Version: 41.8.0.19732

After the recent upgrade to Version: 41.8.0.19732, experiencing people statuses are not shown properly unless restart of the webex Teams app. again after sometime the statuses are not available. So its really hard to communicate anyone as there is no way they are presenting or in other webex calls. Let me know what information needed to help on this issue.

Hi Vermasu,

 

Ok.

Webex team released a new version of Webex that is version 41.8.0.19868 maybe it will resolve your issue.
Please update your webex app to the latest version and see.

If the issue still remains unresolved I suggest you please raise a case with Webex team.

Hi Prakhar and all,

 

I'm not talking about the outlook status and even not worried about the outlook status mismatch.

But i see in the Webexteams app itself after sometime people statuses are grayedout. So i have to signout and sigin again to know their exact status. 

 

Attached the screen shot taken during different days showing the problem. you can see the statuses is grayedout as if they have disabled their Statuses but its not. This is annoying and i have to restart the webex often.

Hi,

Workaround is to switch to old version of outlook if you are on MAC.

I also faced same issue. After switching to old version of outlook it appears.
