permanent meeting link?

Hi!

may I ask about the possibility of creating  a permanent meeting link( i.e. if i have a weekly meeting and want to use only a one unique meeting link )?

Hi @msmohaimeed ,

Strangely enough, you don't seem to be able to do this from the App, BUT if you log into the web portal for your account, choose Calendar > Schedule a Meeting

then click the Recurrence option, a whole section opens up

here you can schedule a recurring meeting - and the same link can be used each occurrence

As far as I know, this can only be done for your Personal Room. I have no idea WHY.

Perhaps you could suggest an enhancement at https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/
