When another member wants to give remote control directly to me in WebEx meetings, unfortunately my name does not appear in the options but all other participants can be selected. When we are the only two participants, the other has no option at all ...

I don't want participants have to record their name before joining a meeting. I can't find where to disable that feature. I want participant be able to join my meetings  (in my personal room) directly when they call in.
