So, you can only see animations in PowerPoints that are older than Microsoft 2016 if sharing from WebEx versus sharing your screen?

To share file and load the ppt into Webex and still have animations work, you need to use PPT 2010 or earlier. The workaround is to share application or split the animations into separate slides using an app called PPSplit: http://www.maxonthenet.altervista.org/ppsplit.php and then share the file. Just double check the slides after using the app.

Thank you BGR, for the PPSplit does this allow to share directly in the WebEx meeting or do you still have to share your screen? I'm trying to avoid for a particular session to not have our trainers sharing their screen as they have admin stuff to work on before the session starts...... We have an agenda slide up that is playing music but I can't get the music to play as it's an animation on the slide & you can't share two files at once..... Thank you!!!!

The ppt splitter will only work with animation not sound files so it will not work for your use case. We have converted the ppt with a sound file into an mp4 and used share file to load the mp4 and played music that way but the sound does come through everyone's computer speaker and not through the telephone line.
