Hi there,
our company would like to migrate from Jabber to WebEx App. We are currently running PoC with a group of people and found out some obstacles that we need to clear out of the way.
The biggest one is the Outlook 2016 Integration of WebEx App. Of course this cannot be run parallel to Jabber as Outlook supports only 1 IM provider. But removing Jabber and follow this instructions https://help.webex.com/en-us/gk4yog/Enable-Cisco-Webex-Users-Status-to-Display-in-Microsoft-Outlook which sound a bit adventurous for nowadays doesn't help. I only got the function to dial numbers from the addressbook. Also the registry entries for the IM Provider look ok for me.
Additionally, I did on a fresh installed client but without success.
Does anybody know how get presence status from WebEx App in Outlook?

The current Release Webex App Version solved the Problem.
