Prevent Participants from sharing content in a moderated space

I have a user who would like to prevent people in a moderated space from adding links and files (eg disable the attachment option). Is that possible?

I'm not a system admin for Webex. I will have to see if it's possible to have those settings for a division instead of corporate wide. Thanks for the article.
