@Christine G

Were you able to click each link and ensure it takes you to the same meeting?  Since this is with Meetings and not Webinar, I've not seen this issue before, so want to ensure you're good.  If not, at this point, I'd recommend opening a TAC case to confirm, as it does seem odd to me.

Hello,

It's for a meeting not a Webex webinar.

15 days ago it worked very well, with the automatic link between date and time changes.
But since 15 days it does not work anymore.

Thank you for finding the problem. Good resolution.

Regards, Christine

@Christine G How are you scheduling and modifying the meeting - via Web UI or Outlook?  Is this for a regular meeting or an event?  If the Web UI and Events, are you using modern view or classic view?

Hello,

Thanks for your help.
I’m doing the reservation by ibm.webex.com link.

Sometimes we have to change the timing and now for 15 days it does not work properly.
It keeps in memory the 1st reservation and it creates me a new link following the change of date / time.

Before it was not like date.

Thanks for the extra detail. Can you confirm if this is for a Webex webinar (formerly an Event) or a Webex meeting?

@Christine G , the reason I'm asking is because this is a known issue when scheduling a meeting via the Web scheduler using the CLASSIC interface for Events.  The attendee links will change, but if you try to access the meeting with the old link or the new link you will land in the same meeting.  I've opened a TAC case on this previously because our exec admin team noted and worried about the same thing.  However, you should not see this using the modern view scheduler.
