Problem with Webex App - Firefox on Linux

Hi,

I have been using the Webex app via Firefox on Linux for some time on and off - I was using it

quite frequently in February (had a week of calls morning and evening) and everything

worked fine.

This morning I have some unexpected issues with it - I seems it does not work in my

browser right now - I also tried this in Chrome in Ubuntu and observed the same issue.

I have attached the screenshot from what I see in the browser tab and output in the

browser console.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

thanks for your reply.

I have just tried the same with my own Webex site, i.e. I tried accessing https://<org>.webex.com/<org>/j.php?MTID=<MEETINGID> via Firefox and Chromium. I had no issues.

What Firefox and Chrome versions are you using?

Would you be willing to share a the meeting link with me (via a private message), so that I can test it from my side?

Hi @seanrm,

what URL are you using for Webex in Firefox / Chrome in Ubuntu?

I have just tried https://web.webex.com on my Linux Mint 20.3 system with Firefox 98.0.2 and have no issues making a call or joining a meeting.

I'm using a link of the form:

https://<org>.webex.com/<org>/j.php?MTID=<MEETINGID>

I realize now that this might not be the webex app.

I've no idea where to go for troubleshooting this - would you be able to

provide a pointer?
