We have prod tools deployed & desktop app installed (40.8) but we don't run the system tray utility as our staff don't want it. We have found that when you click the meet now button in Outlook it launches the system tray app before it launches your personal room.
The system tray app does not start under any other circumstances. Does anyone know if this is by design or a bug? If anyone knows how to fix this please help!
Either way it needs to be resolved...
