QOS for webex

Hi,

I need some help with QOS configuration for webex. Off late we are seeing audio loss and picture freeze during all hands. so want to apply QOS to prioritize audio and video traffic during that time. I have done research on the net and found the below, not sure if they are still valid.

I just viewed BRKCOL-2092 and I still think it's a good resource.  Some of their future state things are now current like using port 5004 for all workloads (actually I still see some port 9000 traffic on my network, not sure why/when it's triggered).  The 'Enable dedicated network origination media source port ranges for Webex App' only requires the LOCALPORTRANGE="1" installation switch now (i.e. you don't need BU approval).  More details on that can be found here:
