question regarding joining a meeting

I am very familiar with Zoom, but new to Webex.  When I schedule a new Webex meeting, how do I disable the feature that requires me to "admit" each participant to the meeting once the meeting starts.  I want people to be able to automatically join.  There was a feature for this on Zoom, but I can't locate it on Webex.

Hi, 

when you start the meeting, you can unlock it. then you don't need to allow the individual attendees. 

From CH: settings you can choose the required configuration from settings. 

Path: Cisco Webex Meetings Sites >> Configure company.webex.com>> Common Settings
