Recorded session doesn't show presentation

Training sessions were recorded and saved in the cloud in MP4 format. While playing those recorded sessions, we found only audio was captured. Video shows "There is no content to view at the moment, either because no content is being shared, or because an unsupported media object is being shared."

Any clue what could be the reason? Is there a way to recover the video part?

Thanks.

@Selim.Saifur do you know if the Share > Share File option was used to share content/a presentation in the session?

If it was I'm sure there is an article on it somewhere within Webex help but I can't locate it at the moment (maybe someone else will recall it and add it to this discussion).

If the Share File option was used even for a very short time it results in the recording appearing like this (see main pic below), when you move your cursor over the video does a couple of icons appear at the middle of the right-hand side? The camera icon would allow you to see the video of the speaker, this can be maximised as well (doing this would then obscure any content/presentation that comes later in the video). Once the video gets to the part where the content was shared the main video are will display that.

Beat me to this response!

@kndskelton

Since english is not my native language:
What does "Beat me to this response!"  mean?

Thanks.

Thank you for asking. No disrespect meant nor implied. It simply means..
you said the exact advise I was going to say but.. you said it first.

@kndskelton Thanks for your answer and explanation.
Idioms and phrases are very language-specific and usually not part of language-lessons
