Webex desktop client not showing meeting button

Hello I am using outlook with the planing tool and the webex desktop client (all in newest Version).

I made a meeting for next week via outlook. When i start my desktop client... the calender is showing with all my outlook sync but normaly there is a button "Start Meeting" next to the planed meeting. Now the Button is missing and there is only a grey webex symbol next to the planed meeting. Any Idea why?

I am just guessing, but perhaps this is because the scheduled meeting is too far in the future?
You may want to try scheduling a Test-meeting that will start in 1 hour from "now" and check if the grey Webex-Icon automatically changes to "start meeting" if the actual meeting-time is coming closer..
