I work for a college counseling center (for mental health counseling) in which trainees are required to record their sessions with clients. We also use recording for in person meetings in which the trainee will have an open WebEx room of just them in their personal room. However, when we record those meetings they shut off at about 25 minutes each time. I imagine this is due to somebody else not joining the room. Is there a way to prevent this so we can have a consistent recording for training purposes?

So you mean the recording stops when no one join the meeting for 25 mins ?
