Recording WebEx

I am required to record all WebEx meetings I have with my students. I would like to record them so everyone involved in the meeting remains as a thumbnail. I have gone online and clicked the box in the 'recording' however, it still comes up as the person speaking becomes larger on the screen. Is there a way to make all participants remain as thumbnails?
