Removing Space Option to "add to Team"

Hello! Can someone direct me to the setting or directions involving removing the option to "Add to team" or "Remove space from team" for all the Team?

The best way to accomplish this functionality is to have the space creator claim moderation control of the space. This should prevent non-moderators from linking the space to a team or archiving the space after a space is associated with a team.
