I have a user who has conducted a series of interviews over the past year that are saved as Webex cloud recordings. They've asked me for help finding a way to get auto transcriptions of these interviews. They did not mention this need earlier and transcription was never enabled on their account (or any of our accounts).
Is there a way to trigger Webex to retroactively go back and generate transcripts for meetings that have previously been recorded? I tried turning the feature on for myself to test, but so far a few hours later it doesn't appear to be touching old recordings. I also tried uploaded a video file to manually create a meeting, but that isn't being transcribed either.
I know there are 3rd party options such as Otter.ai, but so far my security team has put up roadblocks for anything else.
Any help or advice is much appreciated!
