System hung for a min when the webex is going on and repeats it

Laptop goes into hung state for a minute or two when the webex meeting is going on. Mouse control moves very slow and nothing works as system hardly responds.

Again it will work fine for sometime and same thing happens for a while. Heard similar problem was observed my colleagues too and it is not seen always.

Is there any known issue and any mitigation to avoid such problem ? It is annoying during customer calls and we had to make them wait for the system to come back normal state before continuing the meeting.

Any suggestion or solution ?

OS: Windows 10 64 bit (10.0, Build 19042)
