Scheduling Webex Meetings

When scheduling a Webex meeting and sending out invitations with the Webex Plug-in to the Google Chrome browser everything seemed work properly, however the invitations were sent with the wrong date, and on my website the scheduled meeting did not appear.  I scheduled the meeting on the website and sent the invitations out. Then I telephoned everyone and told them which invitation was correct.  Has anyone else I had a problem like this using the Google Chrome plug-in?
