Screen Sharing

In Webex, as the meeting host I will share my screen with participants.  When I ask the participant to share their screen, instead of  seeing the window that they select to share, it will appear as a gray box instead.  What should a participant do differently?

Typically when the screen share is showing as a grey box, the presenter shared a single application and does not have it in focus.

For example, If I share my web browser only, but then pull up Webex Teams, everything that my Teams client covers will show as a grey box for the participants.
